Western Australian police mounted a daring rescue mission for a family of ducklings lost and wandering onto a
busy freeway in the rain.

The waddle was spotted attempting to cross the northbound lanes of the Mitchell Highway north
of Perth on Tuesday morning.

Police had received calls the shelduck ducklings were trying to
cross the highway and arrived at the road's edge to escort the ducklings away from traffic.

Police officers braved the traffic and torrential rain to mount the
rescue operation

< br>Waddling orders: Police (pictured) stopped a lane of traffic to help the ducklings walk off the
road

With one police car holding the entire left lane closed, two officers in hi-viz marched
the ducklings along the white paint.

The ducks were looking at certain death on the highway
with low visibility in the slippery wet weather conditions.

'With assistance from Perth Traffic, one of our Traffic Enforcement Group officers managed to rescue one of the ducklings after it fell down a roadside drain,' WA police said.

The ducklings were taken to a native animal rescue shelter in Malaga where they received attention and care.

'How'd they chose who went down the hole?

Rock, paper, scissors?' one viewer asked under WA police's tweet.

DOHA, May 29 (Reuters) - Qatar's gross domestic product (GDP) should grow 3.5% in 2022, Central Bank Governor Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al-Thani told a conference on Sunday in Doha.

Al-Thani was citing forecasts from international organisations.

The energy-rich Gulf emirate plans to start licensing financial technology companies soon, he added.

Fitch Ratings in April forecast Qatar's GDP would grow 3.2% in 2022, from 1.6% in 2021, reflecting increased output from the soccer World Cup that the country is hosting in November and December and the post-pandemic recovery.

81% of the total) among those with tape-recorded information yet under-representation when immigrant condition was taken into consideration as a binary variable (1.3% of the total research study population contrasted to 9.9% non-UK birthed individuals in the English Demographics)." This means that country of birth, the primary sign of migration standing, was not videotaped in all for 99.3% of people in the CRPD database to be utilized to develop the phenotype. We have outlined why we think it is sensible to pursue completing an usefulness research of the phenotype across every age varies in paragraph 4 of the intro and, in offering us approval to finish this research study, the Independent Scientific Advisory Board for CPRD concur that it is practical to wage the feasibility research study. CPRD can not be used to develop a dependable immigrant phenotype. According to ONS 2011 demographics estimates, those aged 65 years and over just compose 27% of the migrant populace, so Jain et alia's study hasn't reviewed a migration phenotype in around three-quarters of the migrant population. Instead, Jain et al's research reveals that a phenotype can be established, but that it has not been reviewed in the whole CPRD population, i.e. it did not total assessment of the phenotype in under 65 years of age in CPRD GOLD, and did not examine the phenotype in all in CPRD Aurum.
